Ultrasonic cavitation refers to the dynamic process of growth and collapse when the sound pressure reaches a certain value when the cavitation bubble in the micro gas core existing in liquid vibrates under the action of sound wave. When the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubble will expand rapidly and then suddenly close. Shock waves will be generated when the bubble closes. This series of dynamic processes, such as expansion, closure and oscillation, are called ultrasonic cavitation.
